NGG is looking for a project manager to lead and advise for HR projects.

Job includes:

  • Supporting organizations with structuring the HR infrastructure from methodological and systematic-technological aspects
  • Managing the HR projects from the solution forming stage through the consultants team management and HR managers guidance, to the implementation of the solution

Qualifications:

  • Relevant education (a combination between organizational consulting and BI is a plus)
  • Full acquaintance with HR processes including experience in managing and creating HR units in organizations and/or advising to organizations on various subjects: organizational structure, salary, benefits and rewards, learning/training management, learning management system (LMS), employee life cycle management, Talent Management
  • Experience in managing HR data systems (Success Factors) – a major plus
  • Previous experience in managing a business unit/ leading a team/ managing products / managing customers in big and/or global organizations
  • Proactivity – initiative thinking, ability to solve problems, create cooperation and manage multi-interfaces processes.
  • High level of English
